Paintball Gun help velocity?
I have a Tippmann 98c.ive never tested the speed with a cronograph. i had someone shoot me at about 20-25 feet. i wore 3 layers of pants , a crotch towel, and 2 sweaters and a real army camo shirt and a german vest. leg shots and chest shots dont hurt at all but i have huge welts/bruises on my arms. Should i tone down my good, is it too high or is it normal.
You are pretty layered up, you might pass out while playing LOL. it does seem like you may need to check due to how many layers you had on and still claim huge welts. Next time you go to the filed, just have the ref test it. I always have welts/bruises, I was in Skirmish on the 6th and someone hit me from about 2 feet away in the leg and I didnt have paintball pants on, the welt doesnt hurt anymore but its still there LOL. Keep your googles on !!!!
