Paint/ Paintball Help???

I need to know how to make a paint solution (washable and non-toxic) to fill a paintball grenade. Can anyone tell me how???

Simple steps (follow along)

1.) Mix a small amount of flour with water, keep adding water depending how smooth or thick oyu want your paint.
2.) Buy any colored food coloring an mix it with the paste you produced from mixing the flour and water.
3.)Mix one more time with the food coloring in it.

Theres your non-toxic washable and easy to make paint solution.
