i would definately go with the second one. the halo is much more worth the money than the tank, seeing as you can just buy a tank for 40-50 dollars. plus, the stock ASA on the ion is absolutely terrible, so the on/off will be a nice upgrade. go with the second one, and see if you can find someone at your field who has an old tank for you to use.
