paintball tips how to hide and bunker behind trees?

when i play paintball we play hunter and finder.( we play in the woods) and a couple people go hide and the others find them. but when i hide i end up in a 1 on 1 face off with some one and i get pinned in my spot and end up getting hit. any tips on how to get hunted and be able to move around.
also how do you successfully bunker when someone is behind a tree.

I would buy a ghillie suit, it would help in hiding and sneaking up on people. It takes some practice, but it can work marvels. Find a tree that is thick and near many other trees. Depressions and small bumps work great, too. And if possible, create a decoy to draw their attention away from your location. The best way not to get trapped is to keep moving even under fire.
