Paintball Hopper Quick Feed
I just bought an invert mini paintball gun does anyone have any opinion on what i should buy for it first?
i have 160 dollars and im thinking getting a new bolt system for it. i already have a halo hopper for it so ill probably get a quick feed for my hopper then after that ill get a violent trigger for it but i just wanted an opinion on what i should do first thanks.
Don't replace the bolt. Not as worth it as you think. The stock bolt is already really light, and that's the main feature of an aftermarket bolt - being lighter than stock, to reduce the force needed to move it. Stock bolt is a short, hollow aluminum tube, the thing is light enough. If you really want to upgrade something in the body, get a spring kit. The bolt has a spring-assisted return, and a spring kit allows you to adjust the force of that return, and inversely, the force of working against the spring when the bolt is moved forward.
Quick feed for the Halo is a great idea. Pretty common upgrade. I personally like Exalt Feedgates - relatively cheap compared to others, better than the classic Speed Feeds, easy to dump paint in yet still prevents paint from falling out.
Triggers are personal preference. Violent Products make sick triggers. Don't have as many adjustments as, say, the Critical triggers, but they're super light and the magnet gives it a good snap, which is my personal preference.
Really, the best first upgrade for a Mini is the Empire Relay asa. Since the Mini's asa is also its regulator, you don't have any other replacement options. And it has no on/off, so taking the tank off is a pain. But the Relay has an on/off, thank jeebus. Costs $80, which is half your budget but it's worth it.
