How do I clean a paintball marker?

My son and I have a Spyder Custom and a Smart Parts Ion Dynasty Pro. What is the best way to clean them? What kind of grease should I use?

u have to take a look at the manual to take them apart, u should have already looked at the manual for the ion, considering that its a lot more complicated then a spyder. im not sure if the dynasty ion has the bolt out the back feature so u should take a look at that, if not then u have to unscrew the barrel and take it out from the front, seriously try youtube or look at the manual theyr ur best bets, for lube again watever the manual says, hater is usually good, for the ion smart parts sleek is good, the spyder can use any lube
