What kind of lube do you use on a paintball regulator?

It's been a long time since I've played so I'm going through and lubing up my whole Shocker gun. I was wondering, for the regulator, do I use the lube I use for my tank's oring, or the shocker lube? Was thinking it was the tank kind, but dont want to fuck it up more then I have to, lol.
Just to clarify, we're talking about the regulator, not the bolt. Still use the shocker lube?

Remember the air flow...Anything you put inside your reg will end up on the bolt.

Use 33 on the shocker.
