It is a minigun, but instead of shooting bullets it shoots paintballs!
Try Pieper's (piper's ?) Precision Products out of Texas.
They've made numerous different air-charged miniguns in calibers from .177 to 6mm to 8mm, and may well make a .40 or .68 caliber paintball minigun as well.
