Can PAINTBALL N2 tanks be filled with compressed air?
I'm not 100% sure, but can Nitrogen tanks be filled with Compressed air?
For example, the Crossfire N2 tank , can it be filled with compressed air?
The place i go has only compressed air. But i was pretty sure, i just need some reassurance. Thanks.
Nitrogen tanks and Compressed air tanks (also known as HPA) are the same thing. They are simply different words for the same kind of tank. I think that Nitrogen was used for a very short time when the tanks were being used, but understanding that the air we breathe is over 70% Nitrogen, it is easy to see how much more marketable "compressed air" tanks would come accoss as a different name.

The Pure Energy Reactor regulator has a preset output pressure set between 800-900 PSI this air-system works great with any marker on the market from Piranhas to Angels. With Pure Energy Reactor regulators now being re-buildable this system is the user-friendliest screw-in air-system in paintball.  On most markers you can expect to get 400-600 shots from a full fill. With the CFT piston and a streamlined setup this air-system is both extremely consistent over the chronograph and has very little drop off as you shoot the gas out of the tank (life of the fill). Adjustable ventilated shoulder straps allow the vest to be adjusted to fit most users.
