How can I start a High School Paintball Team?

I want to start a high school paintball team at my high school, how can I convince my administrators? What can I show and tell them that would help convince them? Please Help!!!

There are schools that are allowing paintball onto their grounds, but you know it's going to be quite challenging to prove to your's that it's worth allowing. Focus on all the positive aspects of the sport. What can young players learn? Tell how it's actually a safer sport than high school football.
