is the tippmann a5 paintball rifle/marker good for speedball?
because my dad might take me speedballing (or however you say it) and i dont have a marker yet. The tippmann markers are good, and i like this one the best.
No tippmanns are made for rec-ball and woods-ball. Not speed-ball. They do not shoot fast enough and the a-5 cyclone feed system doesn't feed fast enough nor is it reliable enough for speed-ball. You are better off with either a pmi piranha or azodin blitz as a cheap entry level speed-ball marker. Also make sure you have your own good quality mask that has anti fog lenses. A good cheap mask is the vforce provantage, it is about $45 new on ebay and it works great. Also make sure to use a hpa tank not co2. Co2 is not regulated so your shots will be unreliable and not consistent. A good hpa tank to get is the ninja paintball 48/3000 tank it is about $60 new and it will be cheap and work great. Co2 is not good for a marker it can damage the internals and it is highly effected by change in temperature.
