How do you controll the ft/s with a paintball marker?

I'm new to paintball, and I was just wondering how to controll the ft/s with the marker. Does anyone know how?

There are usually 3 locations to changes the velocity (feet per second) on a paintball marker. Most guns have a velocity adjustment knob on the rear for the gun. Turning Clockwise increases the velocity.

Higher end guns tend to put a velocity adjuster on the regulator which may be acting also as your front grip. Turning clockwise increases your FPS.

Some guns like the tippmann use a side velocity adjustment (right side of gun). Turning counterclockwise increases the velocity.

If you can find it simply google the name of your painball gun with 'manual'. Normally a PDF file for your guns' manual will come up in the search results.

Paintball Barrel for Spyder Victor?

Im looking for a bigger barrel for my spyder victor i bought from dicks a few weeks ago. I tihk my barrel is 12" or 14". Im looking for something that has dead accuracy because i am a backman and i need something to make me more accurate. Please help me!

I have owned a Freak Barrel kit for a few years now and it has been the best barrel that i have ever owned. Flatline barrels are terrible. They put backspin on the ball which slows the ball down and will bounce more often than not. I am also a backman in 3- man games and a middleman in 5 and 7-man games. Get a Freak.
