What is a good paintball gun for a beginner?

Im thinking to get a Spyder Sonix paintball gun
any suggestions on what type of gun i should get?

I would say a Smart Parts SP-1. Its around the same price as a 98C, but more reliable, quiet, and accurate. Its a electro-penumatic design,so it runs on bayries. Its a closed bolt however, keeping the ggun quiet, and clean. It has a low flow air system that preserves your air, and wont chop paint.

Its defenitly a great gun, and the atermarket for it has grown considerably since its release. It uses a good deal of ion parts. (barrels, board, etc.) Its defenitly a amazing little gun. Its super-light as well!

Which paintball gun should i get Spyder Sonix OR Tippmann 98 custom?!?

I am a beginner paintballer that isnt planning on playing any tournaments. I probably wont be paintballing more than three times a month because of how far the paintball course is from my house. The main thing i care about is that the gun is accurate.

Well, there are going to be pros and cons of each gun. The reason why every paintball shop knows how to fix Spyders so well is because they break down all the time.

For what you're looking for, the Tippmann owns the Sonix. The Tippmann is ultimately better, and especially in your case. Spyder guns are nowhere near as accurate as the 98 custom.

The 98 custom series is about one of the most accurate classes of guns I've ever used, and I recommend them to anyone who asks about woodsball markers.

You'll see that the custom is really easy to upgrade, shop for, and have repaired (although I doubt you'll ever have to).

Spyder's aren't reliable, and they're hard to upgrade. Go with the Tippmann.
